ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS

• Minimum order is 250. The more you order, the better the price we can offer you!
• Payment must be made in full prior to printing.
• Shipping may or may not be included, based on your time of order and address.
• Timeline: In most cases, we’ll start working immediately. The design and revision time is dependent on the complexity of the order and your response time. Once the final proof is approved, the order takes 2 weeks to manufacture and ship domestically (US).
• Revision cycles are limited to our terms and conditions. Please review those along with our design process here.

RETURN POLICY
It is our goal for you to be happy and to love your Custom Dive Logs, and we’ll do our very best to ensure that we meet that goal. However, after proof approval, we are not able to offer refunds or product returns. If you decide to cancel your order after we’ve begun designing, we can issue a refund minus $250 plus $100/hour for labor.

Logo Design

Don’t have a logo? Want some help designing something that represents you or your company? For this service, we will contact you for a brief interview to learn more about what you are looking for in a logo design. After that, we will provide at least 3 designs for you to choose from. One revision is allowed with this service. Final product will be used on the dive log book, and you will receive a zipped file with the logo design files for your future use. To get started, explain what you are looking for in the text box provided. You may include links to logos that you like.

• How it works: After learning what you want, we draft a design. You review and offer feedback. If needed, we make changes, and send to you for final review. Any additional review cycles cost $100 each.

Customized Cover, front and back

Have a great photo you want us to use on the cover? Want to add more text detail than just your contact info? We can make that happen!

• Includes 15 minute phone call to discuss what you want
• How it works: After learning what you want, we draft a design. You review and offer feedback. If needed, we make changes, and send to you for final review. Any additional review cycles cost $100 each.
• Includes up to 15 minutes of minor photo editing. Additional editing costs $50/hour, to be agreed upon in advance.
• Does not include custom collage design like our standard book. If you want something like our design, we can provide you a quote.
